You're a block off the water, tucked away on some little side street, which is already a good sign—the further you are from the postcard view, the better the food tends to be. The moment you walk in, or settle onto the terrace, the whole thing screams class. White tablecloths, impeccable service—the kind of environment that demands you sit up straight but somehow still lets you relax. This wasn't some tourist-trap slop churned out by a kid who can barely boil water. This was the real deal: authentic Italian cuisine, done right. The staff? They weren't hovering. Beautiful upscale restaurant with white tablecloths (whether you're sitting inside our outside). Located on a side street about a block from the water. The food was truly excellent and the staff was extremely helpful when we had questions about the menu. It wasn't a tourist trap but rather authentic Italian cuisine. It wasn't rushed, but timed perfectly. If you're looking for a great meal in a relaxed upscale but warm and friendly setting Blu Santa is a definite 5 stars

Just waking past but the lighting and look caught our eye so we went in. Lucky to get a table but Daniell looked after us. Lobster linguine and sea bass fillets. Highly recommended.
